This product is just as the name implies, a Standard Variable Rate (SVR). Every bank sets its SVR and it is usually in line with all other lenders. Small differences may be found between some lenders but a majority will set their SVR at the same rate.

	Redraw facility
	Ability to split/combine with other loan products
	Ability to make additional repayments
