CASE STUDY - How we saved Marty’s House When Keystone was contacted by Marty he was in a bit of trouble. He had the Sheriff at his door and was 7 days away from being evicted from his home. He had little hope that his situation was going to improve and was resigned to the idea that he was going to lose his house. Marty had a good job and had been with his employer for years earning good money. The problem occurred when Marty’s father died of Cancer. There were financial burdens that Marty and his family took on and the emotion of losing a parent took it’s toll. By the time Marty realized what was happening his current lender had started foreclosure proceedings. Keystone was able to get Marty a loan with a non-conforming lender, consolidate his outstanding debts and give him a second chance. He was relieved to say the least!
