| PROMOTIONAL PERIOD |

The Keystone Mortgages “WIN a Plasma TV” promotion (“Promotion”) commences on
Monday 1 May 2006 and ends on Tuesday 15 May 2007. |

The promotional period commences on Monday 1 May 2006 at 1.00pm and runs until 12.00pm on Tuesday 15 May 2007 (“Promotional Period). |

| ENTRY REQUIRMENTS |

Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and reside in NSW Australia |
| 4. |
Directors, management and employees of the Intrepid Business Solutions Pty Ltd T/A Keystone Mortgages and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. |
| 5. |
To enter the promotion entrants must complete the entry form found on the Keystone Mortgages website. Entrants must complete all details required on the entry form before 12 Noon on Tuesday 15 May 2007. |
| 6. |
Only one entry will be issued per person. Entrants may not enter more than once. |

| MAJOR PRIZE |
| 7. |
The prize draw will take place at Keystone Mortgages head office at approximately
1:00pm on Tuesday 15 May 2007. |
| 8. |
The winner will be notified by telephone and/or registered mail forwarded to the
specified on the entry form. |
| 9. |
The winner must provide valid photographic identification and two other forms of
valid identification acceptable to the promoter, to verify the winner’s identity. |
| 10. |
The prize is an 80cm Conia LCD TV with built in DVD player. |
| 11. |
If the winner does not want to take the prize and wishes to transfer the prize to another Person the winner must nominate another person within 5 days. |
| 12. |
The prize IS NOT redeemable for cash. |

| GENERAL |
| 13. |
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes offered under this promotion if there are any changes to the law, which would or might render the Promotion or any Prizes offered under the Promotion unlawful. |

The total possible prize pool is $2399. The prize value is correct at the time of printing. |
| 15. |
A non-independent or independent scrutineer approved by the Department of Gaming and Racing will be present at the time of any Draw, if required. |
| 16. |
Decisions of the management of Intrepid Business Solutions Pty Ltd T/A Keystone Mortgages are final. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. |

To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these terms and conditions make no provision or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, Intrepid Business Solutions Pty Ltd T/A Keystone Mortgages reserves the right to make a final decision regarding such situation or issue in its sole and absolute discretion and such decision will be final and binding. |

Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, the Promoter and their related bodies corporate shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion or any prize. |

Participation in the Promotion confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions governing the Promotion. |

Should the winner consent to having his/her photograph taken, he/she consents to having his/her name and photograph published in any form of media and agrees to participate in any reasonable promotion requested by Intrepid Business Solutions Pty Ltd T/A Keystone Mortgages. |

All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may potentially use the entrants contact details for future marketing purposes. Entrants can choose if they do or do not wish to receive future correspondence from the Promoter by sending an email to info@keystonemortgages.com.au requesting that their name be removed or by contacting Keystone Mortgages over the phone on 02 9365 7707. |

The laws of the state of New South Wales govern the promotion. |

The promotion is authorized under NSW Permit No. TPL06/04396. |
